6. Includes misleading or sexually explicit imagery to attract traffic to specific profiles
7. Promotes an unauthorized or illegal copy of another’s copyrighted work, such as posting information to mislead manufacture-installed copy-protected devices, providing pirated computer programs or links to them, and providing pirated music files or links to them
8. Contains a photograph of an individual you posted without their consent
9. Solicits personal identity information or password for unlawful commercial purposes from other Members
10. Any Content that is apparently offensive and encourages racism, hatred, bigotry or harm of any kind to any individual or group
11. Promotes any criminal enterprise or activity or includes instructional information on illegal activities including, but not limited to violating someone’s privacy, providing or creating computer viruses, or buying or making illegal weapons
12. Any exploitation of people violent or sexual in nature
13. Promotes information that is false or misleading and conduct that is obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening or abusive
14. Any solicitation of personal information from anyone under the age of 18

The following is a list of the kind of activity that is prohibited and illegal on alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com and all.livesinrecovery.com. Alumni.livesinrecovery, family.livesinrecovery, or all.livesinrecovery reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who should violate this provision, including involving law enforcement authorities. Alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com and all.livesinrecovery.com have the right, but have no commitment, to oversee disagreements between you and other Members.
4. solicitation of, or advertising to any Member to buy sell or buy services or products through alumni.livesinrecovery, family.livesinrecovery and all.livesinrecovery Services. Transmitting junk email or chain letters to other Members is prohibited. Obtaining any information from alumni.livesinrecovery, family.livesinrecovery, or all.livesinrecovery Services to advertise, contact, sell, or solicit any Member without consent is not allowed. To protect our Members from such solicitation or advertising, alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com and all.livesinrecovery.com reserves the right to control and restrict the number of emails a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period.

6. Using scripts to send comments or add friends, or any automated use of the system
7. Attempting to impersonate a known celebrity, public figure, another Member, or person
8. The use of alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com and all.livesinrecovery.com Services to abuse, harm, or harass another person
9. Disclaimers. Alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com and all.livesinrecovery.com are not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect Content on the alumni.livesinrecovery, family.livesinrecovery, and all.livesinrecovery web sites.
10. Torturous and criminal activity including fraud, child pornography, drug dealing, obscene material, gambling, stalking, harassment, “spimming,” “spamming,” copyright infringement, sending viruses or other harmful files, theft of trade secrets, and patent infringement
11. Must be a real Watershed Alumnus or immediate family of a real Watershed Alumnus (must carry the name or another proof, i.e., parents, siblings, sons, daughters, grandsons, and granddaughters. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins do not qualify), and you give alumni.livesinrecovery, family.livesinrecovery, and all.livesinrecovery the right to validate this
12. Alumni and family information is protected on alumni.livesinrecovery.com and family.livesinrecovery.com, however, once a “Member” goes to all.livesinrecovery.com, they are no longer protected by the administrator. Anything to do with the all.livesinrecovery.com server or network is seen as public and is no longer The Watershed’s responsibility. Alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com, and all.livesinrecovery.com do their best to provide a secure network to an extent. Alumni.livesinrecovery.com and family.livesinrecovery.com gives you more protection than all.livesinrecovery.com. There is less moderation on all.livesinrecovery.com. This includes, but is not limited to uploaded photos and videos, all Content, sobriety date, and conversations between you and another member. 13. Defamation and libel against alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com, all.livesinrecovery.com Members, and Watershed Employees will not be tolerated

The following is a list of activities that are illegal or prohibited on alumni.livesinrecovery.com, family.livesinrecovery.com, and all.livesinrecovery.com for Watershed Employees:

1. Talking about salary, bonuses and withholdings
2. discussing past, current and prospective patients
3. conversing about company insider information
4. photos taken inside Watershed property are prohibited
5. all Watershed conflict of interest policies apply
